New Business:

1. STORM KING ASSOCIATES, LLC, 2 Idlewild Ave ( 102-11-9 ) seeks site plan approval to make alterations to the existing theater, to construct a new 28 foot by 20 foot accessory structure, to install new fencing, landscaping, and exterior lighting, and to install accessible parking and a walkway in the rear of the building.

1. Cornwall Development, LLC, 261 Shore Road ( 101-1-9 ) is seeking to subdivide the 20 acre lot into 17 lots with a detached single-family dwelling on each lot, major subdivision. Access to the new lots shall be provided with a ±1500 ft street with a cul-de-sac. The project shall be connected to the public water and sewer system.
