Donahue Memorial Park
Donahue Memorial Park, known to locals as the "Riverfront", is a quiet, scenic park along the shore of the Hudson River. The park has become a destination spot for residents and visitors alike, featuring picnic tables, a waterfront gazebo, a newly renovated pavilion, & boat launch. Several local entities operate out of the park, including kayaking adventures with Mountain Valley Guides and Storm King Adventure Tours, as well as nonprofit rowing clubs, such as San Miguel Academy and the Orange County Rowing Association.

Parking
Parking permits are required at all times. Parking is allowed only in designated spaces.
Day Parking Pass
Day Parking Passes are available at all times through the ParkMobile mobile app. To download the app, click HERE.
Visitors may also obtain Day Passes in person at Village Hall or at several Village businesses, including Village Pizza (845-534-3600) and 2 Alices.
Yearly Parking Permit
2025 Parking Permits are available for purchase in person at Village Hall or can be submitted through the mail. If you apply by mail, we will process the application and return the permit via U.S. Mail. Please include a copy of your vehicle's registration and payment with the application. Questions regarding the application may be emailed to the Deputy Village Clerk.
2025 Yearly Parking Permit Application
Cars without permits or passes are subject to ticketing and towing. Village police can monitor whether a vehicle has a pass by checking the license plate. When a car is towed, the driver should call the Town of Cornwall dispatcher (845-534-8100) to request that a Village Police Officer contact him/her.
Boat Launch
Permits are required for use of the boat launch at Donahue Memorial Park.

Riverfront Gazebo & Pavilion Rentals
The riverfront gazebo and pavilion at Donahue Memorial Park are available for public use. A rental application is required for all events, including special events such as weddings. The Village Clerk handles all requests.
